Meaghan Jordan

With 10+ years of professional experience, Meaghan came to American Airlines in May of 2025 as a Sr. Analyst, IOC Strategic Alignment. With a diverse industry portfolio spanning retail, marketing and consulting, she’s worked with global organizations including the Four Seasons, Amazon and Deloitte. Most recently, she served as a project manager in the federal consulting space, where she partnered with the Department of Veterans Affairs to modernize scheduling processes for Veteran healthcare through systems integration and national deployment.

Originally from Maryland, Meaghan finds herself back in Dallas after a two-year stint in Virginia Beach where she took advantage of the sun, sand and surf. Just after graduating from St. Mary’s Ryken High School, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Merchandising from Philadelphia University and later received a Marketing Strategy Certification from Cornell University’s Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management. Outside of work, Meaghan enjoys spending time with her husband, Charlie, and their two rescue dogs, Dakota and Dahlia. She’s passionate about volunteering, advocating for animal welfare, and travelling. Meaghan operates under the mantra “Never stop learning because life never stops teaching”—focusing on the breadth of opportunities we are provided and the positive impact we can have on one another.
