U.S. Airways Express, American Airlines & Education History
For more than a decade, I have been developing my skills from the frontline of U.S. Airways Express up to American Airlines, where I currently lead elevating customer recovery and our operations strategy across our global network. In my role, I develop and implement real-time responses to operational challenges with all levels of the airline, including our American Eagle network and oneworld alliance members. Most recently, expanding my oversight to lead a cross-functional mid-range planning and risk mitigation team that identifies and plans advance day operations to ensure all traveling have the best experience possible.

My background includes earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Kent State University in Aviation Management, with triple minor concentrations in Flight Technology, having earned an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate, Hospitality Management, including a pairing in an American-multinational luxury hotel brand, and Business Management. Post graduation earning an FAA Dispatch Certificate too.

Leading passenger connectivity across the globe is very rewarding. My life and work experiences have brought me to over one hundred countries and all seven continents. I understand and appreciate why people travel and collaboratively lead teams that sync their objectives that enable more to do the same.

I’m honored with the opportunity to be a leader in a global organization that is known for connecting people around the world. Growing up in an Ashkenazi Jewish family, I became emersed in family who kept Reform, Conservative, and Orthodox values, regularly attending Synagogue, who learned and taught introductory Hebrew after having a Bar-Mitzvah myself. Today, I’m an active member in Jewish & GenerationNow EBRGs, where I share personal and professional values and dedicate my time to sharing life and professional experiences to mentor and develop others.

These experiences and success in role have led to multi-partnership operational coordination. I was also nominated and graduated from Harvard Business Publishing Accelerate program, that requires executive sponsor exclusive to leaders with proven potential from high performance.
