Tim Weil has served as Managing Partner of Providence Capital Partners, L.P., a private investment firm, since 1996.  Additionally, Mr. Weil serves as Managing Partner of EKW Partners, L.P., a broader-focused, special situations investment partnership.

Mr. Weil serves as officer and director of numerous privately held companies.  Mr. Weil currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for St. Philip’s School and Community Center, Co-Chair of Park Cities Faithworks, and he has served in various executive committee roles on the Boards of Directors of the Dallas Fort Worth Airport Interfaith Chaplaincy, Metroplex Christian Hockey Association/Integrity Hockey League, and formerly on the board of Executives In Action, and Advisory Board of the Boy Scouts of America – Circle 10 Council.

Mr. Weil and his wife Susan have two daughters and are active in their commitments to church and community, having served on the Outreach, Global Outreach and Finance Committees of Highland Park United Methodist Church, as well as various city, community and neighborhood boards, associations, and committees.  Mr. Weil is a longstanding member of The Idlewild Club.

The Weil Family and the Timothy and Susan Weil Family Giving Fund actively support organizations whose missions focus on faith-based initiatives, education, visual and performing arts and artistic expression, and the protection and care of greenspace and animals.
