Matt Wiley is the Director of Investment Management for First Command Financial Services, an organization dedicated to coaching our Nation’s military families in their pursuit of financial security. Prior to this role, Mr. Wiley spent over eleven years at PlainsCapital Bank, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Portfolio Management in its Wealth Management and Trust department.

Having grown up in Fort Worth, he attended All Saints Episcopal School and Arlington Heights High School. He then began his collegiate experience at Texas Christian University before transferring to Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with majors in Management and Marketing. He then went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Nova Southeastern University of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Currently, he is an active Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association, and has served as an officer for the DFW Airport Interfaith Chaplaincy’s Board of Directors since 2012.

Mr. Wiley is married to Tracy Wiley, also native to Fort Worth and an elementary school teacher in Arlington ISD. Together, they have a pair of identical twin sons, Brayden and Rayne, which were born in 2009.
