NADEEM ZAMAN

Nadeem Zaman is an entrepreneur and community leader who has been a North Texas Resident for over three decades.  He has worked in the Computer Hardware Manufacturing industry for almost 20 years, working on specifications of Application Specific Servers for turnkey solutions.  He led the launch of Photo Digital Labs at Eckard’s Drugs and Rite-Aid Pharmacies.  Nadeem Zaman also worked directly with McGraw-Hill Education and Nikon Instruments in providing server solution for transition from text books to digital content, and Electron Microscope for life sciences.  Nadeem became a certified Server Infrastructure Engineer during his employment at M&A Technology, Inc in 2003.

Nadeem has served as a volunteer leader with Pakistan Society of North Texas(PSNT), and DFW International Community Alliance.  He also served as president of PSNT.  Nadeem is a champion of Interfaith harmony and strong proponent of civic engagement by his community.  He has served on multiple political campaigns representing Muslim community of the North Texas area.

Nadeem is currently serving on the Board of Break Bread, Break Borders of Texas Muslim Women Foundation, Co-Chair at Muslim-Jewish Advisory Council of the American Jewish Committee.  Nadeem is also the Founder and President of CECS(Center of Excellence for Community Services), an organization providing a platform to the members of the South Asian communities and Elected and Municipal leaders and organization to connect for efficient delivery of services and benefits to the community.

Nadeem is the majority owner and President of Wellness Elixir, LLC, maker of Azteca Beverages, a cactus based organic hydration beverage sold in local supermarkets.  Azteca Beverages was the first to market of cactus based shelf stable ‘healthy’ beverage which is currently being made by multiple other manufacturers as well.  The Masters of Business class of 2016 at The Fowler College of Business at The San Diego State University wrote a paper for their finals on Azteca Beverages, as an emerging healthy drink.  Nadeem is a Graduate of Harvard Business School in Culture of Health program.
